Villa is situated in   Pelagos luxurius development in the resort of Pernera, a pretty little town situated between Protaras and the main town of Paralimni. Beautiful Pernera Beach is right at its footsteps whereas Polyxenia sandy beach is 300meters from the complex (use of sunbeds , changing rooms with lockers, showers and toilets are available free of charge).Along the golden coastline   a coastal pathway   leads you  to the beautiful Fig Tree Bay, where watersports  lovers can enjoy a huge range of activities there . The coastal pathway of Protaras passing right at the front of Polyxenia Isaak Restaurant is a true stroller’s paradise, ideal for leisurely walks by the sea streching 4 kimlometers from Pernera to Fig Tree Bay.

The villa is in the very resort centre with an excellent choice of restaurants, bars and shops within 3 minutes walk. The villa is part of Polyxenia Isaak Luxury Apts and Villas which include communal swimming pool with baby section,   poolside bar with coffee shop open until 2:00am and   a restaurant which opens for breakfast, lunch and evening meal with a large choice available. At Polyxenia Isaak Luxury Apts and Villas there is also a SPA center: here you will be offered an experience of refreshment for your mind, body and spirit. For the youngest ones there is play area with safety floor. All open areas have large screen TV and music for your entertainment. Underground and ground floor parking with CCTV is available for guests to use.

This luxury villa was professionally decorated and equipped to the highest standards. The open plan ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, with breakfast bar and stools benefiting from an electric oven and hob,fridge/freezer, microwave,dishwasher and washing machine.The living area is furnished with a chocolate brown sofa, flatscreen TV (with satellite).The dining area is furnished with a dining table that comfortably seats six guests. A staircase leads to the first floor where three bedrooms are located. The spacious master bedroom features a double bed, and has an en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are twin bedded. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. Main bathroom has bath with shower over, toilet and wash basin. En suite bathroom has shower bath, toilet and wash basin. Downstairs there is a toilet with wash basin. Towels and bed linen are provided. Towels are changed twice a week and bed linen are  changed once a week. The villa is cleaned every day. Outside there is a garden and private swimming pool. Six sun loungers, garden furniture for six persons, two umbrellas and a well designed Barbeque area are provided.
