Villa Cynthia is situated in Polyxenia complex a luxury beachside development in Pernera resort, a pretty little town situated between Protaras and the main town of Paralimni. They are in the very resort centre   with an excellent choice of restaurants, bars and shops within 3 minutes walk. Beautiful sandy beach is right opposite the complex (use of sunbeds , changing rooms with lockers, showers and toilets are available for free). Here in Polyxenia there is  a communal swimming pool with baby section  ,   a poolside bar with coffee shop open until late at night and   a restaurant which opens for breakfast, lunch and evening meal with a large choice of menus  available. In Polyxenia Complex there is also a SPA center and here you will be offered an experience of refreshment for your mind, body and spirit.For the youngest ones there is a play area with safety floor. Polyxenia complex has its own restaurant, which opens for breakfast, lunch and evening meal with a large choice available. All open areas have large screen TV and music for your entertainment. Underground and ground floor parking with CCTV is available for guests use.  Walk further along the golden coastline and you will find the beautiful Fig Tree Bay, watersports lovers can enjoy a huge range of activities here. The coastal pathway of Protaras passing right at the front of Polyxenia Isaak Restaurant is a true stroller’s paradise, ideal for leisurely walks by the sea stretching 4 kilometers from Pernera to Fig Tree Bay.

This luxury villa was decorated and equipped to the highest standards. The open plan ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, benefiting from an electric oven and hob,fridge/freezer, microwave,dishwasher and washing machine.The living area is furnished with a chocolate leather brown sofa, flatscreen TV (with satellite).The dining area is furnished with a dining table that comfortably seats eight guests. A staircase leads to the first floor where three bedrooms are located. The spacious master bedroom features a double bed. The second and third bedroom are twin bedded. All bedrooms are fully airconditioned. Main bathroom has bath with shower over, toilet and wash basin. Downstairs there is a toilet with wash basin.Towels and bed linen are provided. Towels are changed twice a week and bed linen are changed once a week. The villa is cleaned every day.. Outside there is a garden and private swimming pool . Four sun loungers, garden furniture for six persons, one umbrella and Barbeque facilities can be provided.
