All villas are luxury and provide a private pool and 3bedrooms ( 2 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with 2 single beds ), kitchen and sitting room. Villa 23, Villa 24 and Villa Heaven have en suite bathroom with shower. They enjoy side sea views and pool view . They have individual controlled air-conditioning/heating, satellite T.V, equipped kitchenette with fridge, shower/bathrooms, WC, 4 cooking rings, oven, dish washer, washing machine, microwave, water boiler, sofa, balcony with pool which is furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas and table with chairs. The clients have access to the pool direct from the kitchen . Villas provide free wifi, everyday cleaning, towels change twice a week and bed linen change once a week if duration of stay is over 10 nights. All the villas have car parking.

Beautiful sandy beach is right opposite the complex (use of sunbeds , changing rooms with lockers, showers and toilets are available for free). Here in Polyxenia there is a communal swimming pool with baby section , a poolside bar with coffe shop open until late at night and a restaurant which opens for breakfast, lunch and evening meal with a large choice of menus available. In Polyxenia Complex there is also a SPA center and here you will be offered an experience of refreshment for your mind, body and spirit.For the youngest ones there is a play area with safety floor. Polyxenia complex has its own restaurant, which opens for breakfast, lunch and evening meal with a large choice available. All open areas have large screen TV and music for your entertainment. Underground and ground floor parking with CCTV is available for guests use. Walk further along the golden coastline and you will find the beautiful Fig Tree Bay, watersports lovers can enjoy a huge range of activities here. The coastal pathway of Protaras passing right at the front of Polyxenia Isaak Restaurant is a true stroller’s paradise, ideal for leisurely walks by the sea streching 4 kimlometers from Pernera to Fig Tree Bay.
