Apt is situated in a side complex development next to Polyxenia Isaak Villa 23 and Villa 24 in the resort of Pernera, a pretty little town situated between Protaras and the main town of Paralimni. Beautiful sandy beach is right at the footsteps of Polyxenia Isaak Restaurant (use of sunbeds and umbrellas is free).Walk further along the golden coastline and you will find the beautiful Fig Tree Bay, watersports lovers can enjoy a huge range of activities here.

The apt is in the very resort centre with an excellent choice of restaurants, bars and shops within 3 minutes walk. The apt is part of Polyxenia Isaak Luxury Apts and Villas which include communal swimming pool with baby section,   poolside bar with coffee shop open until 2:00am and   a restaurant which opens for breakfast, lunch and evening meal with a large choice available. This apt features a fully equipped kitchen, benefiting from an electric oven and hob,fridge/freezer, microwave, and washing machine.The living area is furnished with an 8-seater sofa, 2 side tables and TV . The kitchen has a sitting area   that comfortably seats five guests. A staircase leads to the first floor where the apt is located. The spacious master bedroom features a double bed. The second bedroom also has a double bed and an extra baby bed. Both bedrooms are fully airconditioned. The Main bathroom has bath with shower over, toilet and wash basin.  Towels and bed linen are provided. Towels are changed twice a week and bed linen are  changed once a week. The apt is cleaned every day. There are two small terraces that have Side sea views and outside furniture for 4 people.
