Villas
All villas are luxury and provide a private pool and 3 bedrooms ( 2 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with 2 single beds ), kitchen and sitting room. Villa 23, Villa 24 and Villa Heaven have en suite bathroom with shower. They are just a few steps from the beach and enjoy a private pool . They have individual controlled air-conditioning/heating, Smart T.V, equipped kitchenette with fridge, shower/bathrooms, WC, 4 cooking rings, oven, dish washer , washing machine, microwave, water boiler, sofa, balcony with pool which is furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas and table with chairs. The clients have access to the pool direct from the kitchen . Villas provide free wifi, everyday cleaning . towels change twice a week and bed linen change once a week. All the villas have car parking.
Apartments
All the apartments have 2 bedrooms (apt101+apt102= 1 bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds and apt103 (our penthouse) 2 bedrooms with double beds),kitchen and sitting room.One of the 2 bedrooms have en suite bathroom with shower.All the apartments have 2 W.C one bath and one shower. All the apartments enjoy unobstructed sea view, and also view of the green land. From the terrace of all 3 apts one could enjoy beautiful sunsets/sunrises. They have individual controlled air-conditioning/heating, SMART T.V, equipped kitchen with fridge, shower/bathrooms, w.c, 4 cooking rings,oven, washing machine, microwave, water boiler, sofa, big balcony which is furnished with sunbeds, wooden table, chairs and sofa. The clients have also internet access.
The clients can also use the underground parking and they can use the elevator to go to the apartments.
